Age At Home Consultations

Assistive Living is expensive.  Most seniors want to stay where they feel most comfortable—at home.  The problem is whether or not they can stay at home and if the home can be modified to allow such. 

Age In Place Consultation includes:
-Tour of the home comparing it against my proprietary  Age in Place Checklist (100 or 214 point list – your choice)

-Report of my findings/recommendations and if I believe the home can be adapted for senior living

-I can email/mail you the report or we can meet in person or via zoom to go over it 

**I do take photos/video of your property while visiting to review when completing my final report.  These are for my use only

Yes I am a Real Estate Broker but my goal is not to get you to sell your home. I know that decisions about housing for seniors are complicated and emotional. Fees vary based on home size, the assessment level chosen (100 or 214 item checklist) , and whether you prefer a written report only or a follow-up meeting to discuss the findings.
